Good review and I'm happy your experience turned out better than mine (which was a disaster - and this is with their Omakase course :(.

Keep up the good work.Exile Kisshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07510114278526493928noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7912629715405541739.post-66553866810001491452008-10-04T23:19:00.000-07:002008-10-04T23:19:00.000-07:00That is one sexy dude in the pic!! :PThat is one sexy dude in the pic!! :PUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15182151662380892129noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7912629715405541739.post-27075169716782580372008-09-24T12:07:00.000-07:002008-09-24T12:07:00.000-07:00I would actually recommend their upscale sister re...I would actually recommend their upscale sister restaurant Bluefin for lunch. They have an omakase for $35 that has an appetizer, salad, cooked fish, and sushi.

I don't think the martinis were made with Soju, but I'll double check the menu photos when I get home.Epicuryanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18202402318969816036noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7912629715405541739.post-85933889770812254162008-09-24T08:18:00.000-07:002008-09-24T08:18:00.000-07:00*dies*zomg...that looks delicious. two questions:...*dies*

zomg...that looks delicious. two questions:

1) i must know if they are open for lunch, as I am often in the Oc on business (i can find this out myself)

2) were the martinis made with soju?Food, she thought.https://www.blogger.com/profile/04510492084023508648noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7912629715405541739.post-11109915467366097722008-09-21T22:04:00.000-07:002008-09-21T22:04:00.000-07:00I'd like to say I have some sort of formal criteri...I'd like to say I have some sort of formal criteria but I tend to judge off the cuff. Some fish like the black cod, I have just had a lot of times so I have an idea of what to expect.

I think personal preference has a lot to do with the opinion as well. I like fish to be more tender or supple, while Kevin prefers firmer fish.Epicuryanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18202402318969816036noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7912629715405541739.post-21903796068721808212008-09-21T20:15:00.000-07:002008-09-21T20:15:00.000-07:00Hey that's a great post.
